Mider Cup 2009

Any news on the formation of the Mider Cup team this year? Got anyone committed? Tenative travel planes, etc? Sounds like the westside has thier team pretty complete. Where are we at?

I am trying to put the results together for MFA's MIder Cup records.

There's a problem with the Pro scores in the 2nd round.

I have the following:

Please sort it out for me.

As you can see it has Gabe and Kyle Pinkman both getting 2 pts in head-to-head action. It shows Zack getting 2 pts vs. Tim Schreder yet Tim is getting one point. Bob Hoy shows a push with Jason of the North but Jason didn't get any points.

I have problems with Pro seeds #2-5.

Perhaps the problem was cause by Brian writing down a certain order and then changing #4 and #5 to # 1 and #2.

Just as long as I get things straight. Let me know what happened in those Pro head to head matches with the North.

Yup. Bob went 1-1-1 for three points total. I tried to tell Jordan to make a new sheet (I had plenty of backups) in order for the scoring to be easier. Next year, once a ZC turns in their sheet they should not be able to make changes. We gave the South about 1/2 hour of leeway for when their sheet needed to be turned in and it still needed changes. Ugh...

We've got to tweak a few more things for the 2010 MIder Cup. The score-sheet is one of those.

Next year I would like to see a designated MFA Rep handle the awards process to make sure that part is taken care of properly... so we build in time for pictures... so that people ARE NOT scattering off for some ring-of-fire.

Zones should be encouraged to hang around the park at the lunch break by making sure someone organizes the food part of things... for their zone.
