- I started playing disc golf while attending college in Alexandria. I started out pretty green with a $2 frisbee from Target! And after shooting a +8 on a par 3 and watching the group behind us using discs, I decided to go to Play it again Sports to get some real discs! Man, what a difference! You can actually throw these discs more than 30 feet! From that point on, I was hooked!!!

Just checking if you'll be able to make it to league's this week. We'll be in Redwood. And an FYI that the doubles tournament is coming up this weekend too. Starting in Mound Creek, registration at 9. Hopefully we'll see you!

Just a heads up about the tournament going on this Saturday in Walnut Grove. Heard the weather forecast that it may be a bit rainy, so maybe you'll get a break from work and can come golf! Registration starts at 9, play starts at 10. Maybe we'll see you!
