- I have a lot of hobbies, but Disc Golf is one of my favorites. I designed and initiated the installation of South Park in Hutchinson. I run a weekly league there during the summer, and plan to run a fall tournament every year.

I heard that you are running a league in Hutch.
I'm putting out a flyer for SMDGA and would be interested in adding your league to the list.
Give me the day and time and we'll add it in.
Also, we talked about having an SMDGA tournament up in either Hutch or Norwood through Derek Tonn to get the word out about SMDGA.

Springfield has over 200 holes within a one-hour drive (95 holes within 30 minutes). Not a lot of jobs over here, per se, unless you are in health care or assisted living. However, folks are ALWAYS welcome to join the best 2,200 person community in the State of Minnesota if they want to! :-)
Say, I was thinking that we might try and host a Fall 2009 SMDGA Open in Hutch this year. However, if you're not going to be living there anymore, I don't think we'd have any "local" contacts. Any idea of other locals in the area we could plug-in to this web site so we don't lose communications with folks on that course?
Keep me posted on your situation. I'm lucky in that I can bring my work with me to wherever I go (my own small design shop that doesn't depend upon "local" clientele)...otherwise this economy AND small-town MN would be a tough combination at the moment related to income. It'll get better though...but probably not until 2010.
