Comment by Derek Tonn on July 17, 2009 at 11:04pm - Watch the footwork in particular on a lot of the pro drives. On their toes...plant foot goes down pointing almost backwards. Light on their feet, then rip through quickly so their toes are pointing towards the target at the end of the release. Very interesting!
